The BV Series pressure washer is designed for heavy-duty indoor applications such as warehouse floor cleaning, factory equipment maintenance, production line degreasing, and commercial kitchen deep cleaning.
What pump does this machine use?
It comes equipped with a Triplex Hi-Pressure General pump, belt-driven with dual belts, built for long service life and reliable performance, and includes a pressure relief valve.
What power source does it use?
This unit is powered by a 10 HP Baldor electric motor, 460V / 3PH @ 13.5 AMPS. The BV features a propane gas burner with an adjustable thermostat and electronic ignition.
What accessories are included?
Each unit includes a 36" lance and trigger gun with fittings, a 50' high-pressure hose with fitting, a set of spray nozzles, and an adjustable chemical metering valve.
Can it be trailer mounted?
No. This unit is stationary and must plug into an electrical source.
Can I use chemicals or detergents with this unit?
Yes. Chemicals can be applied directly using the downstream chemical injector that comes standard on every BV. Chemicals cannot be run through the pump — they must always be applied downstream.
What is the duty cycle?
The machine is designed for continuous-duty operation as long as it is not left in bypass mode for extended periods.
