Cleaning Instructions

Direct Application (Pump Sprayer / Electric or Air Diaphragm System):

  1. Dilute product as needed (5:1 to 20:1).

  2. Spray on surface.

  3. Allow to dwell 2–15 minutes.

  4. Agitate heavily soiled areas (175 floor tool recommended).

  5. Surface clean and rinse. (Hot water preferred, cold water acceptable.)

Downstream Application:

  1. Use a downstream injector that delivers the correct dilution.

  2. Spray, dwell 2–15 minutes, agitate as needed.

  3. Surface clean and rinse.

X-Jet Application:

  1. Pre-dilute to match desired ratio.

  2. Spray, dwell 2–15 minutes, agitate if needed.

  3. Surface clean and rinse.

Neutralizing Use

  • General Neutralizing: Dilute 8:1. Spray on surface, broom in if needed, then rinse.

  • Adjust dilution strength up or down to ensure wastewater discharge meets local pH BMP requirements.

Neutralizes:

  • Rust remover residues (F9 BARC, F9 Efflo)

  • Battery acid (sulfuric)

  • Hydrocarbons, oils, tire marks, food stains, and more
